Lost 7 pounds in one week now ,really hard work(1.5 cardio and pilates)
going to bed earlier
getting my workouts first thing in the morning rather then afternoons
really picky about what I eat, good carbs and some green teas helps.
Just keeping motivated and having this goal written down helps alot.
Reading others success also helps.

Just going to take time for me to keep me happy for the day.
Working out is not that hard just keep moving.
Best investment ever our treadmill start using it more often thess days.Its 50/50 eating makes a huge difference started cutting ugly carbs with fake sugars and fillers.Feel better is the best part of it not the scale that’s only a number.Being a Mother of three means taking care of others but first yourself.
It’s time to sleep and stop worrying about all that is left to do.
I find that at they end of the day when everyone sleeps the house is so quite and nice that another reason I stay up I actually can think.I need to find this same quiteness and calm in the mornings or afternoons so I can sleep.Starting today before 1am in bed:}
