The best thing to do is start slow. Buy a healthy cookbook, and pick out two or three meals a week you want to make for dinner. Stay away from fast food, and if you have a munching habit (chips for example) DON’T BUY THEM! That way, when you have the munchie urge, you’ll have nothing available, and you’ll only be able to get them by going to the store, which means you have to overcome laziness and guilt, that’s a winning combination!
