I’m 12 days into Body for Life, and I’ve lost 8 pounds so far! Probably about 4 of those pounds were somewhat superficial, since I ate pretty much any and everything I wanted the two weeks before starting… Anyway, it’s going well so far and I’m going to stick with it!
