How I did it: First, I gave diet and exercise a real shot and lost 60 lbs on my own and kept it off for about a year. After that I lost the momentum I had to lose the weight and needed something to really jump start me again since I still had a lot of weight to lose. I attended a seminar for a bariatric program near my house and took it step by step from there. How I did it: Bought tickets. Brought some wine, small table, chairs, blanket, candle, and bug spray. I parked at the Botanic Gardens lot and walked to the venue. Buses run form the paking lot to the venue but we didn't want to wait in the long line. Read how I did it…
