How I did it: Oh god......... Let's not go there. I'm sure you could figure this out ; )Be patient and willing to listen! If you aren't willing to put up with them at their worst, then do not attempt. Many of these guys spend most of their time doing what they love (makes them geeks!) so they don't have the patience/time/interest to be social. Know this from the beginning!!!
