I joined weight watchers for the second time on saturday. I need to lose 18.4 pounds to be at the top of my healthy weight range. I’m hoping to 25 pounds to make sure I don’t go over my goal weight. I started this week with a cleanse and I’m already feeling lighter. I can’t wait to see my weight loss next week.
