Growing up in Cambridge I never went punting, living in London I never went to the Tate. This is not going to happen here! Had a wonderful walk on the beach today, cold, but the sun so strong bouncing off the sea that everyone had shades on. Bliss.

Right, I’ve just had my last lovely high calorie meal for (I hope) a long long time. Spaghetti with cheese – simple but superb. Operation Healthy Eating starts in the morning. No dramatic diet, just lots of vegetables and no lurking around the dairy cabinet at the shop. Fingers crossed.
I’ve finally sat down and spent two hours going through my email. Pictures now saved into my pictures, nonsense deleted, work, practical, personal etc all in sub folders. Just 10 things (previously 200) in the inbox now. Very satisfying indeed. Still need to sort all contacts and probably go through all the subfolders but a good start! I’ve been meaning to do this for months, joining 43things has inspired actual action – hope it’s as inspiring for other goals!
