How I did it
How I did it: I recently gave birth to my second son. I have been battling depression for about 5 years so I knew as soon as the baby was around 2 months old, I need to speak to my doctor. I neglected the feelings of dread and despair after my first child was born and I was not going to let that happen again. I was put on a low dose form of Prozac and I have never felt better.
