How I did it: i now have 3 alarms that go off in the morning. one goes off an hour before i wake up, the next is 30 mins before i wake up, and the last is the time i really need to wake up. the last one i CAN NOT snooze. i set it on my dresser, that way i HAVE to get up out of bed to turn it off. so i do actually get up, when i need to. i just tricked my brain by "snoozing" for an hour. LOL. it works for me... Read how I did it…
it has been 2 years since i set this goal, and i almost did it. i applied for summer classes, but enrolled too late. now the next semester is fall, but i am now planning to move in 6 months. so i can not start school, or that will hold me back from my MOVE. or is this MOVE holding me back from going to school… IDK
Well, in April my husband got a call from one of his old friends from Miami and told him that there is a job availble with his company in Florida. It was in the field that my husband was going for school for, so he took it.
We both quit out jobs and moved out in May. This was the hardest part. I didnt even think about the “good byes” before, i just thought “i must get out”. It was really hard to say bye to our family, friends, and even some co-workers.
But we are here now and my husband is loving his new job, and I am currently looking for a job, and i hope one comes soon. I’m actualy wanting to get back into work. The only thing is we are living with his parents untill we save enough money to move out on our own, and I’m starting to feel like they want us out sooner then later.
At least im out of my home town, but sometimes i do miss some of the people and places. So, if you are trying to get out of your home town Good Luck!!! But you may feel home sick for a while after, but thats just a part of growing up.
