I just read somewhere that laughing releases small amounts of enzymes in the brain which give the person quick and small highs. This is probably why I love to laugh so much. I think it is the best feeling in the world to be able to find a great laugh in any mediocre occasion. My brother and I can laugh together for hours over the stupidest things; this is absolutely essential to my being and probably one of the only things that ever make sense in my life.
I am dying of communication phobia and can not get out of this funk. I hate calling people, writing e-mails or picking up the phone on about 99.9% of people. Why can’t there be less talking and more telepathy??? (Can phone phobia be genetic? Cause I know half my family suffer from it!!)
