I have completely failed on this one since my last entery. Today I did my half an hour plus more, but I need to keep on top of this.
Now I have someone to do this with, I’m more likely to stick to it. Okay, we’re not together when we exerscice, but nevermind XD.
I’m going swimming tomorrow, yay!
I think going back to school might be easier on the losing weight front. No snacking, I have to get out of bed, and I can do things after school with people, and when I’m not I’m gunna go on my bike.
I reckon I wanna plan my week like this:
Monday – Gym
Tuesday – bike
Wednesday – bike/ Tae Kwan Do
Thursday – bike/ Tae Kwan Do
Friday- swimming
Saturday – some sort of dance
Sunday – bike
I cant remember which day Tae Kwan Do is gunna be on, but I know it’s either wednesday or thursday.
I need to see where badminton can fit into there also, so I’ll need to ask Clare
I’m thinking about buying a Tae Bo DVD as well.
From what I’ve seen on youtube it looks fun ^^ (Meaning I;ve seen the warm up XD)
