... and I already use it a ton. Well I recently upgraded from my Zire71 to a Tungsten E2 and I love it! I use it tons, but want to make a conscious effort to leanr more of the lil tricks (like more one-handed stuff etc) and get more apps to let it help my life even more! (LOL the man totally admits he thought it was a TOTAL waste of money when I first bought the Zire a couple years gom even with a kick0butt deal. He nows eats crow and admits it has REALLY helped me daily and was worth every penny and much more!)

It used to be one of my very favorite activites. Before kids and family and responsibilities. Yet ANOTHER one that ties inot getting organized and managing my time better. I find it VERY hard if not impossible to sit down and be able to relax and read if the house is a wreck around me or I know there’s stuff needs done that I haven’t go to. And thats almost all of the time. I need to work harder to accomplish set goals for the day and let myself escape for awhile each day if I can. Maybe even when I sit down with the man and he channel surfs form channel to channel to channel, that would be a good time where I’m not accomlishing anything anyway. Anyhoo I want to start again, it feels good ot feed my brain like that!
But sometimes I just let it go and stop for the day. I like to use fitday.com to hold myself accountable and also track other nutrients, but especially when its crazy here like duriug weekend or over summer vacation with the kids and/or stressful (funy how tho se 2 things coincide alot lol), I tend to start binge-ing (see one of my earlier things) and then I get disgusted with myself and just stoip entering it. If I CAN keep up on it, it helps me to keep track – soemtimes a lil bit here and a lil bit there can really add up if you don’t keep track!
