I was diagnosed with breast cancer in October 2006

Despite an extremely grim prognosis, I am still here. By the grace of GOD I will continue to soldier on and stick around for another 40 or 50 years.

So far, mostly so good. I have been walking more and if I can ever get my bike fixed I can go bike riding! I am enjoying myself. It has also been challenging (in a fun way) to come up with healthy food ideas. I’ve actually lost 14 pounds!
