How I did it: I admit, I used to hate my curly hair. I didn't even realise it was curly until I was 15, I kept trying to brush it straight so I just thought it was really frizzy. How I did it: I stoped eating sugar. I tried everything, absolutely everything. Nothing worked, I'm sure you've been there. I tried countless products, both natural and chemical laden. I ate what I considered to be healthily, so much fruit and veg. It didn't make any difference. Sitting outside in the sun yesterday with friends, I mentioned that my hair seems to take ages to grow because it curls up so much, and they’d have to see it wet to see how long it was. At these words, a guy I’ve known for a few months sat bolt upright and exclaimed “What, it’s NATURAL?”
Apparently he thought I used a curling iron every morning.
Made my day.
