Took this years ago. It doesn’t do much for you, really, merely confirms what you yourself are probably already aware of.
There are several different IQ testing systems, all of which will give you a different result. You’re also much more likely to score highly if you come from a Western country with a strong educational bias towards engineering and physical sciences.
Its something to talk about, but ultimately quite pointless.
