Being a teenager and having real friends can be challenging… I have a few that are real, but I’d really like to have more. People that I can respect, or have an intelligent conversation with… who will respect me back, and be okay with hanging out without huge groups of people around.

How I did it: By all means, I used to spend all of my time on the internet. however, I now live in an area where it's not an option for me to buy my own connection at this time ( with contracts, etc. ) and I've found that going on the internet has become more of a luxury. How I did it: All that I did was yoga more routinely. I tried to do it every day, and what a world of difference I feel! I used to feel sore and stiff, my joints would crack, I'd have pain waking up every morning... even the beginner yoga stretches can really help, if you stick to it for a while. ever since i’ve gotten a blackberry, this had made my life so much easier. i still need to improve on this, though. some things i’ll put off and delay till the next day… or the next… or the next… or i won’t get started on something right away, because i’ll allow something else to distract me for a while.
