I just couldn’t continue it, I was feeling so sick. So I had some food on Saturday night (5th day?). Anyways, I’m starting again. I’ve just been feeling so sick and stressed out lately, that I felt like I just wasn’t ready at the time.
At least I haven’t gained any of the weight I lost.
I haven’t had anything so far today, except for a breath saver (woke up late).

I began on May 12th, and was fine until this morning, when I woke up and threw up 3 times! I’ve fasted before, and I’ve never felt so sick. It may be because I didn’t eat anything with my Metformin. Anyways, I tried eating to calm my stomache, but no such luck—I couldn’t hold anything down. Since I’m taking maymester classes, I couldn’t skip, and I thought I would throw up in class. It got better a couple hours ago, so I decided to get something from a snack machine. Couldn’t keep those addictively-sweet Doritos down. Let’s see if I can continue.
Oh, another bit of information: I’m doing a water fast. It is tough, but I like it better than doing a juice/raw food fast (which I have done).
