Interestingly enough, it will be an evening where she’s focusing on Patsy Cline’s music.

How I did it: - Read Getting Things Done by David Allen.- Start doing the practices that resonate with you.- A year later, read it again and add more good habits to your practice and refinements to your system.- Another year later, read it one more time and fine tune. Read how I did it…
How I did it: - Have water you can drink right from the tap (either by living somewhere with good water or by installing a filter).- Drink herbal tea (I like rooibos a lot) and have a mug of tea and a glass of cool water always on your desk. If it's within reach, you'll drink it.- Get a SodaStream or similar device so you can make carbonated water at home. Fizz is fun (and soda water doesn't need the sugar to be refreshing)! Read how I did it…
In addition to breaking the book down into getting started and the three core principles of Discardia, there are notes at the start of each section of Discardia: More Life, Less Stuff to help orient you each March, June, September, and December.
