I’ve actually started selling things I don’t need on Craigslist. It’s fun and kind of addicting. I need to cut out all this material shit I have in my life….

How I did it: People love board games, they just forget how much fun it is. If you ask a bunch of friends I guarantee they'll be interested. I found a Friday after work was a good date for me....people are more apt than giving up a weekend afternoon I think. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I've been going for sushi about once per week. I also hate cooking fish, so I've started purchasing packets of Salmon so I don't eat canned tuna all the time. Read how I did it…

I don’t need to go every week….maybe I’ll go once per month. I can meditate at home and it just is not necessary to drive all the way to Ann Arbor to go to temple every week. I’ll figure out an appropriate time frame….maybe the last Sunday of every month?
I’ve written 2 memories. I guess if I can commit to a couple per week I can accomplish this goal!!!!
