How I did it: Obviously I lost a lot of weight. I used the Paul McKenna I can Make you thin book and CD. Nothing fancy, no seminars and nothing expensive. The book itself is cheap enough at most local book stores.The techniques themselves worked and this is a life long commitment to a new way of thinking about and eating food not just a fad diet.
