lose 15 pounds (read all 9 entries…)
Starting all over again from 124 lbs... blah! Need to somehow drop it and tone up without aggrivating the migraines 2 years ago

Ok, I tink my heaviest is at 124 lbs. Some days I am at 122.5 lbs, but you know it’s water retention.

Anyway.. aside from last year I was at what 129-130 lbs? I don’t think i’ve actually kept it off from earlier this year from excercise since I haven’t done any. I have been told by my doctors to just walk because my head isn’t better yet.

I sleep 10-15 hours daily because i’m not well. I get migraines that will not go away with medication 4+ days a week. Excercising at the gym makes me feel ill. I think I lost like 5-7 lbs of muscle mass and it’s turned into fat. I weigh less but take up just as much or more space in my clothing than I did before.

Since I don’t usually get up until at least 1pm, breakfast is not officially breakfast anymore haha.

Anyway, I need to get myself down to at least 113 lbs or so, but I know I want to put some muscle mass back. I do enjoy my curves, but with a little more fitted of course. I’m tired of being busty lol… seriously for a petite frame I am, button up shirts don’t fit me and i’m tired of moving up to Medium or Large size shirts and have them fit so sloppy at my waist or shoulder area.

Gah… Why did this happen to me? It sucks :(

I've been really bad... 2 years ago

I used to drink about 6 a day, i’m down to like 3 or less. I hate the taste of water alone.. getting too expensive to try to drink flavored water. I find i’m drinking more iced tea than water.. that’s bad :(



Study more
So I start classes soon... 2 years ago

It’s been a long time since I’ve been in class.

I think I forgot how to study. Apparently I have to read my text over 3 times before my class starts in 2 weeks. Yikes!!

I have to do well.. I paid for it. I just am struggling to concentrate after the concussion and the migraines I fight daily with.
