I was able to lose 95 pounds - from 280 to 185 - and have been able to keep it off for over four years now. It was difficult, but was more than worth while—it was a life saver.
I dieted (my own diet, which meant restricting carbs and calories) during the time I was losing weight, but now am able to eat just about anything within reason without gaining. I work out (both aerobic and resistance) at least an hour a day—and this is the key. There’s no way to accomplish this without a lot of sweat.

We want to finish all the little and big chores of getting our home ready for sale, then moving on to where we can fully enjoy our sunset years.
