I love to bake, but we don’t need 4 dozen cookies at a time around the house, or entire apple pies. I was given a book titled Small-Batch Baking for Christmas, and I look forward to experimenting with the recipes. Most of the recipes make 2 mini cakes or pies, or 4-8 cookies.
This is the BEST place to socialize with other knitters, get patterns, and keep track of one’s stash and needles. I love it.
