Maybe this goal should be “go skinny dippping again”.
I’ve done this many years ago. Ha, in a way it wasn’t really skinny dipping though. I was 9 or 10 years old and my little brother and I were the only two left in a poolhouse. While we were getting ready to go home we suddenly thought it would be cool to jump in the pool butt naked. It was so much fun. And really freeing.
Couple of years later they installed video cameras and, since I’m not that much of an exhibitionist, my skinny dipping days were over ;)

How I did it: I knew from the beginning this would be tough. I'm no hero when it comes to needles and hospital like areas. The first time I nearly fainted, so they had to stop the procedure. This time I brought a friend to distract me. For the first ten minutes this worked. He was telling me about his new kitchen. Of course I only heard half ot if, but I tried to stay focussed. For some reason my blood didn't run fast so I had to squeeze a red ball. Th… Read how I did it…
How I did it: A couple of years ago I realized I only kept a journal during the unhappier times of my life. I decided to join "embodiment" over at livejournal and keep a journal for a year. Write an entrie every day no matter how big or small. I bought a nice journal and started on January first 2007. I enjoyed making collages and things. When 2008 came around it felt only natural to continue. However I did find I didn't write a lot of interestin… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Luckily I had my mother and grandmother to help me. Especially my grandmother is very good at it. She can knit socks and everything. In the end it turned out to be very easy. Once you get the hang of the stitching it's as easy as 1,2,3. It's very relaxing. Read how I did it…

thanks to our wonderful director, who finally decided it was time for a serious play, I now got my role.
We’re doing “the sea gull” by Chekhov.
It’s a drama, but it’s also very funny. In a dark dreary kind way.
Having a “water counter” on my computer really helps. After I found out how much water I need a day I installed a programm and now every time I start my work computer a bottle pops up. Every time I drink a glass I add it to the bottle. It’s actually rather fun.
I’m up to two litres a day. Which is the amount I need.
I do need to devide more. A glass an hour works better than five glasses in the 2 odd hours before I go to bed. If I do that I have to pee every five minutes ;)
