Yesterday was my first Yoga session. Currently I am doing it with Gainfitnes because O can’t afford Yoga classes. But I dis fine and felt good afterward.

Yayyyyyy! This is the third day without any pain! I can take the stairs again! Since a month the first time I enjoyed my walk to work! I am so happy soon I can restart running! Once again YAAAY
Got a Smoothie Maker! Yay! I like smoothies more so I am not gonna do that juice fast. I love smoothies!!! Tried some the last few days and I already an addict. LoL
Plus got some days off to concentrate fully ob this project!
