It’s amazing what a little stress and no time will do. I ate out 3 times this week. Given, I tried to order/eat healthy but am discouraged that I couldn’t last more than 2 weeks. Plan to get back on that horse today. On a positive note, I did refrain from my typical fast food stand-by: McDonalds.

A week into it, maybe I need to be a little more realistic…I’m changing my goal from every day to 3-4 times per week.
