How I did it
How I did it: I realized first that I couldn't do the c-fold method, it just wasn't doing it for me. The punch down method makes it much simpler to insert. Also, I found almost immediately that the stem was chafing me, and had to cut maybe 1/2 of it off. Once I took care of those two things, it was relatively simple. Ok – step one complete, I got copies for myself and Latrelle. (Figured I’d do the “official” version, because wrecking one of my own lovely journals would be a bit of a wrench. Baby steps!)
