Struggling and loving it 3 years ago

I am so unfit! But it’s so good to actually feel muscles working that I didn’t really know I had. I think I will keep this up. I can watch Oprah while on a bike, and therefore not feel guilty about it.

Totally worth it, I feel rejuvinated. Now I can stop feeling drab and complaining about it.

I wandered into an art supplies store yesterday to see how much it would cost to get some new pastels. More than I want to spend this week, but maybe in a few. Next thing: finding somewhere to do it where there’s no carpet!
