one needs passion and stuborness. I am proud to say I have achieved another goal from my list. I do exercise each day and after I am done I feel relaxed, tuned and satisfied.

This fight started a month ago when I decided finally to start actually doing IT and not just thinking! The first two days were easy. I was happy. Third day came and I was so busy that could not find time for spending some time on a floor doing exercises. Fifth day was not about lack of time, but lack of will power. So I decided to do at least 3 easy exercises. Next three days I made the same easy just to make myself doing it.

Then a week passed and I made it a kind of habit. During my second week I tried to add more exercises and to prolong the time I exercised to half an hour. I made it my habit too. During third week I realized it was not my mind who made me go exercising, it was my body who did it. It needed it and responsed with aching, if I delayed my trainings.

The fourth week was the best. My body was demanding for more challenging exercises. I did what it asked and was happy again.

It is my second month and I can’t wait to see how it goes in the future. One thing is for sure: I know what it is to Win, and I will do this again!
