Heart on my sleeves. 17 months ago

I finally went on a date again, and it was nice. Well there was this girl that I used to like about a year ago. We started out as friends and became something more. But as soon as I found out she was moving to another city, I gave up the hope of being with her and just avoided her till she moved.

But now she came back. I didn’t find out till a month later, which was last week. She called me up to see how I was doing, and first thing that came to my mind was asking her to the movies. I met up with her and her friends.

We wanted to watch You Don’t Mess With The Zohan, but they only had 5 tickets left and we wouldn’t have been sitting next to each other. So we watched Sex and the City, and it wasn’t that bad. I put my arms around her, her head on my shoulder, acting as if the year that went by was nothing… But I’ll see where this leads to.



Start and Finish P90X
Day 40 17 months ago

So far it’s been 40 days for me. I see a HUGE change already. I lost 17 lbs. so far. This the lowest I have ever weighed. My pants are getting more loose and so are my shirts. I’m barely finishing up on the core weeks and can’t wait to work on my biceps and upper body.

The chef inside of me. 17 months ago

Evere since I started to work out again, I also started to eat right. I have lost 17 lbs. so far and still doing good. It was hard resisting from all the junk food and sweets. Living in a house with two younger brothers that love to east junk food and sweets is difficult, but I was able to manage.

And the best thing about eating healthy now is cooking for myself. I love my mom’s cooking, but it wasn’t always the healthiest. By cooking for myself, I get to control what I eat. And hey it’s been good. I’m not the best cook there is, but its great to cook.
