How I did it: i've always been interested in going to washington...something about it seems so beautiful...all the rain and green. i have a friend who is stationed up in washington so i asked him if i could visit. i thought about it and decided to just DO IT! searched around online for a good price on a plane ticket, bought my plane ticket, and just took off for a week. seattle is a beautiful place. How I did it: i've always wanted to see TOOL in concert, but they don't come around much anymore. they went on tour this summer and i knew i HAD to go. i live in california and the closest stop was in phoenix, so i asked a friend if he wanted to go on a lil trip to arizona. drove out to phoenix, rented a crappy hotel room, drank some beers and went to the venue in phoenix. the show was amazing, just as i expected. glad i got to go.
