How I did it: I went to a Greek Night Info Session and attended a couple sorority events to get a feel for the girls. Then I went through Panhellenic Formal Recruitment. It was an easy decision for me to decide. Just get there and meet others and go to their sorority events and fundraisers. By exploring all of them and having a very open mind, you will narrow it down and find the one that's the best fit for you! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went to a free class at my university. I had always had a desire to try it and I finally did! Bring plenty of water, a yoga mat, and if possible, a yoga block. Since it will be your first time trying it, you probably won't be focused so much on the breathing and relaxing part, but just focus on the positions. They are very hard! Even if they do look easy but it is so worth it! After an hour class, I felt like a got a BRAND NEW BACK… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I became interested in becoming more creative when I was 15. It started out when I decided I wanted to be more fashionable and then it all tied in. You have to have an open mindset and take second glances at things you otherwise wouldn't. Experiment! Try new things! I had never considered myself to be creative before at all, and that was when I started paying more attention to magazines. I actually started making collages from pictures I … Read how I did it…

I am 18 years old and I honestly never was self-conscious until after the breakup of my first love when I was 16. I do believe that that semi- ties in to why I am this way, but I want it to stop. I have my own fashion- sense AND I do pride myself on getting up extra early in the morning to do my hair and makeup before jetting off to my classes, (which, in college, most girls where hoodies and sweats to class and just throw their hair up in a bun. I personally can not go out of my house looking like a ragga muffin but I guess that’s just me. I do workout sometimes too. When I admit that I am self-conscious, most people I know look at me funny and ask me why I am. It’s almost as if they think “how on earth could she be self-conscious?!”. I really try my best to put my best self forward and I hope that others see that too. I just really want to SEE it in MYSELF though. Any tips, advice, or exercises to practice in public would be awesome!
