Well I’ve managed to break myself down to a quarter every three weeks instead of every two…..which is good…..slow going though….I live and work in a stressful environment…so I’m doing well.

Well, I’m on a strict regimen, wash face in the am, wash face in the pm, deep pore cleanser, and spf 15 moisturizer. I must say that my skin looks a 100% better than it did, the dry air in Colorado must have helped though. The color is more even, and I have less blemishes, almost none really, just a couple more that need time to heal and I shall have blemish and black head free skin….I’m so proud.
I’ve been rafting all my life and now I want to compete, and I will attempt to get up everyday and do at least 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, and 5 pull ups. (Shut up, pull ups are hard) That way I can be fit in the spring when I return to WV to guide, as well as be ready to push myself physically to prepare for the races. I’m going to look up races that are coming up.
