my mother taught me to whistle with my fingers at age 4 i believe. i proceeded to teach my whole soccer team who all got the hang of it by the end of a one-weekend tournament. all the girls were on the field and on the sidelines, with their fingers in their mouths and blowing. i use the index and the middle finger of both hands for maximal volume and pitch control. AND you mustn’t forget to fold your tongue in half with your fingers. good luck!

I grew up playing violin (since the age of 4). I had a Korean teacher who would slap my bow hand and say “CURVE YOUR PINKIE!” and then, in the middle of what I thought was my “perfected piece”, she would shout “IN-TO-NA-TION!!” and then she encouraged me to audition for the Houston Symphony. and I made it. and I realized what all that hard work was for. the beautiful music as well as the discipline it takes to learn to play this incredible instrument.
I can’t recommend it for ALL THE TIME…because it’s just not practical. But, for the occasion that you need to be smooth as smooth can be….do it. and ask for the green wax, it’s a whole lot less painful. AND don’t worry about the embarrassment factor. just remind yourself that your labia are the most beautiful labia in the whole world.
