Well tats not entirely true, i started the year about 9kg lighter than i am now – far too much fast food, and grabbing choclate when didn’t get up in time for breakfast or to prepare lunch for work!! so yeah i need to go from 85kg to 65kg.
I know my capablilies as i’ve lost weight before, but i know it’s going to take dedication, i dont’ want one more summer to go by i’m covered up in fatties clothes and can’t buy the nice summer styles! clothes size wise i wasnt to go from a UK sz 18 to a size 12 and i’ve left myself about 14 weeks which means i need to be loseing about 1.5kg a week which is about 3.5lbs a week. which is doable if i exercise 4-5 times a week and do weight watchers, thats about the pace i usally lose at. give or take a pound.
i know its about double the reccomend amount too lose, but i’ll see how i go for the first month.
Even if i only lost 12kg that will put me back at a size 14 and able to fit back in most of my clothes from a few years back.
