I love exercising. I try to do something for my health every second day..whether it be 20 sit ups one day, 40 crunches the next, a long walk, some yoga. It’s easy to do – you just have to learn to actively incorporate it into your daily routine.

Do it! It takes time but it’s so worth it.

Takes time and patience. Don’t forget to practise the half-butterfly every chance you get and cradle your knees and legs in your arms. So totally worth it when you get there!
