Observation#4:victims give lots and love expecting feed back from another person. Sometimes it seems to me, victims do the job just to enjoy the selfishness of another person.

What should be done for that dream comes true:
1. Prove my English knowledge by passing IELTS, TOEFL or CAE by the end of November 2009/2010.
2. Prove my knowledge of French by passing DALF. Deadline: November 2009/2010.
3. Change my expiring passport. Deadline: 19.09.09
4. Translate and make legal copies of my diploma and passport.
5. Write a motivation letter.
6. Do the project for Europe radio prix.
7. Participate in the international project.
8. Get the reference letter.
9. Earn a decent sum of money to cover the first expenses.
10.Send out all the papers by 20.12.09/2010.
