Still Maintaining! 3 years ago

On Tuesday when I went to my meeting I was 122.4, not bad at all! I’m happy with that. I feel gross after having a greasy chicken stir-fry and pita with salad for lunch though….it just seemed too greasy for my liking I guess. Oh well…hopefully my next weigh in goes as well as this one..or better! I’d like to go down about 7 more pounds in total.

Reached Goal 3 years ago

This past Tuesday I went to my meeting completely in hopes that I had made it below 125 and I was right! I was 124.2 at the time….horray! This means I start my maintenance with Weight Watchers and in 6 weeks time I’ll become a lifetime member and hopefully never have to pay again!! Let’s hope :) I know I can do it I just need to focus a bit more on it. Since Tuesday though I’ve been eating horrible, maybe it’s a mental thing. All I know is that I had chinese food Tuesday night and blizzard cake for my boyfriend’s friends birthday, then last night I had a different type of ice cream….that’s one thing I’ve stayed away from for so long that I just feel dissappointed in myself for having it….I know I shouldn’t but I do. This could also have a lot to do with that time of the month. It makes me so emotional! I hate it !!!
Plus next week I think I’m going to try to get into the dentist to get another impacted wisdom tooth out…it hurts so bad and is giving me canker sores because it’s impacted :(
Oh well….I’ll write more later…

Unfortunately I’ve been slack on the entries… I meant to write this on Tuesday. So I went to my WW meeting expecting to see a good number…..I went up (.6). Not too much but still….thats 1 pound in the last 2 weeks. I’m trying to get to 125 !!! Is that so much to ask haha. I’ll have to exercise a bit more next week then I have been this week…been so busy!

Anyways, I know I’ll get there but the sooner the better!! :)
