Doing well so far; sleeping properly, eating less XD, moving more etc etc… :)
Now I need to cut out junk food and make a GP appointment (again) to check out the joint of my knee (coz it’s been hurting for ages now)...they better not just tell me to take pain killers again >:/ and oh yeah, eventually quit smoking.

Lately I’ve improved, but today was like a total set back. I feel as though i’m too immature. and that’s why I can’t seem to connect with people. It was also a setback because I avoided (once again) giving a presentation. gahhh
