Start my own business
Entrepreneur = The Fabulous Life 4 years ago

Becoming an entrepreneur is a goal that i set for myself when I was in highschool. I wanted to make it before age 25. I achieved it at age 24, i’m now 25. Upon graduating from college, I thought that I would work for some company and then start my own business. That was not the case. I happened to graduate at the worst possible time.. right when the job market and economy turned ugly. So, I decided to do other things that i wanted to do like justtake a BREAK and do nothing (which felt very odd b/c i’d always been in school with no break since forever.), travel, and reflect on things. During this time i happened to watch the movie “There’s Something about Mary.” Mary mentioned that she wanted to date a guy that owned his own architecture business etc etc. Anyhow, from then on it was all in the books for sure. I HAD to get my business and get it soon. I think it gives you more of a say so in your everyday life. Like, you can take more trips when you want, have more time for family and friends, and it gives you big bucks if you do it right. That’s killing many birds with one stone. Mainly it allows you to manage time better.

If you are able to start your own business then I say go for it 100%!!! You don’t really have to go to school for everything, but it helps. It’s amazing what you can learn just from the library and internet (it saves a lot of money). Anyone who is starting a business, my advice to you is to read as much as possible about your chosen field, join online forums to discuss this business, and find others who are already doing what you want to do. You can never have enough information.

It can be quite challenging at times to the point where you just want to say forget it… but i promise you that the positives outway the negatives by a lonnnng shot. Don;t be afraid of failing. Keep these words in mind.. “I can accept failure, but i can not accept not trying.”

get a passport
Passport - Don't date anyone who is without one. 4 years ago

Unless you can’t afford one, I think everyone should have one. You never know when someone may want to surprise you with a trip to France, Italy, Japan, Costa Rica, Jamaica, or where ever else besides within’ your borders wink wink. If a person is capable of having a passport but doesn’t have one, I think that tells me that maybe they do not like to experience life. Having a passport is one thing that’s on my checklist for someone wanting to date me. (Intelligent, loves/likes/tolerates animals, etc etc etccc… and oh yeah.. must have a valid PASSPORT!)

Be on The Amazing Race
No Partner :-( I Need a Partner 4 years ago

I watch the amazing race every single day. I watch the current one’s every tuesday and the old ones on GSN every night. I can speak spanish well enough to get through the latin american/spanish speaking countries. I have supurb problem solving skills, negotiating skills, and compromising skills. I am in shape. I have incredible stamina, speed, and endurance. I have a good sense of direction and I can maintain stress very well. What can i say.. I am the ultimate contender.

I want to go so bad, but everyone I asked if they would try to go with me declined. They are afraid of everything, mainly flying, water, and other cultures. They are just waaay too countrified. Yeah, “countrified” the type of people that probably have not even left out of their state, city, or probably even their own backyards. The few that are not afraid to go are restricted from going due to their job, family, etc.

I wonder If I could go on there with a stranger that is compatible with me.. hmm.. that would be so cool. Our title would be something like.. “Compatible Strangers”. Is there anyone else in the same boat? Anyone out there have these same ultimate contender qualities?
