Finally broke through my 3-week weight loss plateau 4 months ago

And it feels amazing. I seriously has having a heck of a time losing – and kept getting stuck at right around 155. So, I decided to increase the intensity of my cardio (incline/resistance) and stick with it. FINALLY afer 3-weeks the pounds have started coming off again and I feel amazing! Now am at 152!

7 weeks down! 4 months ago

Thanks to my personal trainer and dedication to my new diet…my body fat has dropped from 31% to 22% so far – and have lost about 13 pounds of body fat – gained about 6 pounds of lean muscle.

YEAH!
