So, I decided to increase the intensity of my cardio (incline/resistance) and stick with it. FINALLY afer 3-weeks the pounds have started coming off again and I feel amazing! Now am at 152!

How I did it: I eliminated processed food, white pasta and breads and sugar from my diet. I I then made sure that all my carbs that I ate were from healthy low glycemic sources like fruit, veggies, and oatmeal/quinoa. Made sure to eat only healthy fats, took Omega-3 supplements, and lean healthy protein and fat free dairy products.Then I aimed to drink 98 - 110 ounces of water a day ( I live in the desert...so I have to drink a lot of water). How I did it: I joined a gym with a personal trainer and let him guide me through the process. Step 1) evaluate my diet. And it feels amazing. I seriously has having a heck of a time losing – and kept getting stuck at right around 155. So, I decided to increase the intensity of my cardio (incline/resistance) and stick with it. FINALLY afer 3-weeks the pounds have started coming off again and I feel amazing! Now am at 152!
Thanks to my personal trainer and dedication to my new diet…my body fat has dropped from 31% to 22% so far – and have lost about 13 pounds of body fat – gained about 6 pounds of lean muscle.
YEAH!
