Or, if we want to believe my wiifit, I’m 148. I like the Wii’s version, but my nonexistant waistline is the harsh reality. However, by using Fit, it’ll at least give me a boost to do something.
And that something does not involve getting the last 45% to level 80.
Anyway, strength training, yoga basics, and miniaerobic games for half an hour is more than what I was doing before. My aching thighs and butt are testament to movement.
My diet’s failed a little in the past week or so, that could explain the stagnation, since I was doing well at keeping track of what I’ve been eating. School starts in three weeks, so I think I’ve given up, since I know I do much better when I’m on campus, and there’s walking, a free rec center, less food temptation. Easier to keep to a healthy menu, too, if I’m buying and cooking for myself.
Not fun.
Calories are down, so far as I know. We definitely haven’t be eating out as much, so it’s easier to keep track of calories and portions. Again, my down-fall is probably the sauces, condiments, and mayonnaise.
We did a lot of cleaning today around the house, so did expend some of my energy. According to mypyramid, it was over 600 calories, but I highly doubt that as I barely did that much in an hour of working out at the rec center. Either way, it’s more than yesterday.
Weight (today): 151.6 @ 5 30pm
