1. Buy a scale. I’m going to find it really hard to track my progress if I don’t have the means to. So, this week, I’m going to go buy a scale. Nothing fancy, just something that will state the facts..
2. Give up pop. I love my Pepsi, but I drink a LOT of it… Going to start cutting back tomorrow and tracking my progress.

I have already had almost a full 2 liter of Pepsi today!! (And I wonder why I can’t lose weight!!) It can’t be good for me, and I want to cut it out!! I feel much better when I fill up with water and want to get back into that habit. If I can just get over the first few days of caffeine withdrawal I’ll be fine!

I have never taken my kids on a “real” vacation. We’ve taken little “mini-trips” but no major outings.
