staying in touch is so hard to do sometimes. my best friend in 8th grade moved to AZ. we called eachother every few weeks to talk but of course we eventually stopped. i did go out there and visit her but now she has moved again, to Chicago. and so i thought…. what better way to see different parts of the country and get to see old friends again?! i’m going to try to visit her next year. i have another friend that lives in Nashville now, want to go see her too. just because we all grow up and go our seperate ways doesnt mean it has to be bad. we will all live our own lives but we can still be a part of eachothers.

How I did it: after talking to a friend who took a trip up north basically just to go to a bunch of baseball games i decided that i really wanted to go to a professional soccer game. i love the U.S.A. team and have watched them since the 2002 World Cup. I just started looking online for the schedule of qualifying games and amazingly there was one in TN. it was still 5 hours from where i live but oh-so much closer than any other stadium they will be pla… Read how I did it…

....on doing this next year, 2010. since my birthday is Dec 31 i want to be in NYC to see the ball drop on my birthday atleast once in my life. what better way to turn 25?! and i figure if i start planning now then that will give my friends a year to save up and come with me. lets hope this works out!
i cant believe it. only 144 more days until i’m going to costa rica to learn how to surf. i’m stoked! the camp people just sent me a list of excercises to start doing to get my body ready for it. i’m really gonna have to make myself take time for this because i know these next few months will fly by before i know it. still though…... i cant wait!!! about to buy my plane tickets, then there is no turning back (like i would want to turn back from this lol).
