I am about 50lbs overweight and I need to loose it for a wedding I am attending in June 2009, I know it does not sound like alot of weight and I have a year to loose it in but its such a struggle to start – tomorrow is a much better day to start – but NOT this time I am writing it down and doing it – today is my first step to loosing my weight, I am going to do this one day at a time and I am going to look fab and sexy at the wedding.

I monitor how much I spend and I spend alot on stuff that does not need to be bought – impulse buys – things just seem to be a good idea when I am in the shop, I have clothes that I have not worn and items I have not used which is just a waste of money. It stops today!
