I had an EZ Bake oven when I was a kid. I can remember the thrill of having baked my very own mini cake.
My mom baked alot and I always wanted to be like her and do the same, and finally I got the chance. I’m starting a baking business now, I think this is where it all began!
It might not be as exciting as you’d think since you are an adult and some things from childhood are more than just the experience…they are truly zen moments that you could only have if you were 5yrs old and didn’t have other similar experiences in your life to compare them to…or in this case…other yummy baked goods.
I think it is worth it though…just to say you did it and just for the experience of making and eating your own mini baked goods.

I’ve started going to the local YMCA for kickboxing and body sculpting classes.
I can take my kiddos for free and they love the daycare there.
I’ve been 2x’s this week and I’m going for 3-4x’s a week…I want to get back into really great shape by the holidays!!

The definition of “true love” has taken on new meaning as I’ve traveled through becoming a girlfriend, wife, and parent.
I knew from the first conversation with my husband that I would be with him for a long time. We had so much in common, it was unreal. I was so afraid of him being “the one” that I broke up with him after dating a few months because it was just “too right” and I somehow couldn’t have it.
When we finally got back together after dating other people who were not the right fit, it was pretty great.
We’ve been married for almost 7yrs now and my love for him has gone through many transitions…we got pregnant with our first child on our 1yr anniversary cruise and being pregnant with the man you love and knowing that he is going to be an incredible father because of how he treats you, that is wonderful. We got pregnant shortly after with our second daughter and our life was a bit crazy, but when you are with someone that you get along with, you can go through anything and not worry about “how things are going” and if you are going to make it. You just go with it and enjoy the ride.
We did have a brief period around our 4th year together where we lost touch and we went to marriage counseling…it rehabilitated our relationship and our friendship to the point where it was better than it had ever been before. We had stopped talking and were just going through our daily lives passing in the halls….we started spending more time together, going on dates, and really enjoying each other again…it was a great experience.
We just had our 3rd child…we finally had our baby boy and he’s amazing….we have 3 kids under the age of 5 and we couldn’t be happier…now true love to me is having the man of my dreams and seeing him be a great father to my children and this makes me feel complete.
