How I did it: I first did language school for 3 months in Vienna, Austria in 2006. I then followed that up 2 years later in 2008 with 8 months in Berlin. (I preferred Vienna, and their accent!) Also, people in Berlin will only want to use you to practice their English.. It's not the best place to practice German speaking unfortunately. Vienna again was better. Read how I did it…

Insightful. 
How I did it: I chose to put quality of life and life experience before my career for once. A good choice indeed. I will continue to do so forever more.In hindsight perhaps I would have been better in Munich as I love old architecture - and Berlin really is, still a bit of a sprawly mess from one perspective. But renting is alot cheaper in Berlin and therefore I could sustain living here longer. Read how I did it…

I will take my painting seriously. After my time away in Europe floating around, I have decided to put work, ‘average conventional goals decided for me by OTHER people’, and people in general on the BACKBURNER. :)
