I'm doing 4 things
Back in NYC, I had a ton of female friends. We would have our weekly dinners when we would all get together to download what happened to us for the week, ala “Sex in the City.” I have a TON of guy friends, but I miss having local girlfriends. (Besides, when I am scoping for men, having a male wing man just makes me look taken.)

And would highly recommend him to anyone in the Denver metro area. My background is finance, so I needed someone that understood finance as well as house construction, home valuation and negotation. Paul was a appraiser in Denver for 14 years, so he knows what homes will go for and what improvements you make will work. He has also remodeled lots of stuff, so he is an incredible expert on that as well.
