Sooo the other day in my Karate class we were stretching (we do almost 20 min of it every class, two days a week) and to my surprise I came close to doing a split! I had a look of shock on my face as I almost went all the way down! I want to start stretching everynight (also 100 crunches and 30 pushups too) to improve my karate. We will see how this goes.

How I did it: Taking a class that requires reading that is at least bearable really helps to speed up this goal. I am taking a film and literature class which has required reading. I began going to the library more and reading on my spare time. Read how I did it…
So…I already sorta feel withdrawal effects. I am a little nervous about this now but I’m DETERMINED. I feel a little out of it, the kinda feeling ive gotten on days where i take it late. But no “brain zaps” yet. Those are what I want to aviod. And the dizziness/nausea. I’m really glad I have been taking Karate to help my mental and physical endurance so that I can handle this. 150 to 112.5, a difference of 37.5 mg. I will keep updating as I feel different withdrawal effects.
NOTE: I am doing this under the supervision of a licensed psychiatrist. If you are trying to do something similar, do not taper on your own!
Im so excited! Today i finally got some results from all the appointments I’ve had to keep with people at the counselling center. I was taking 150mg, starting tomorrow ill be down to 112.2. I haven’t tapered off a medication ever. I’m excited to see how this will improve my life and to be ready for whatever OCD has to throw my way! I’ll keep this updated with my progress.
