You have got to give it a go. I went to a naturist event at a pool and sauna complex in a local town. Although I swim every day and I am pretty athletic until resent years I have been overly reserve about nudity. As I became more brave I realized I had to visit a naturist event.

I was petrified, to make matters worse I had problems getting the locker to work properly. A naked old man came to offer his advice regarding the lock and I then realized that if he was OK about nakedness then I should be too.

Naked swimming is excellent, it is crazy beyond belief that people get dressed to go swimming!

I now visit a naturist event 2 times per month, I love the freadom from having to wear the “correct” fashions and to be able to selebrate the bodies that we have!
